At Rome Pizza & Pasta School, we don’t offer tourist shows or shortcuts — we teach the real craft of Italian cuisine.

Real Pizza Dough, Real Method
A real pizza cannot be made from start to finish in one hour — and we’re proud to be transparent about it.
Every class includes two doughs, following the real method used by Italian pizzaioli:
Fermented Dough (24-hour matured): prepared the day before, fermented naturally and ready to bake — used for your pizzas during class.
Making Dough: made entirely in front of you from scratch, with flour, water, yeast, and salt. It will ferment naturally and be ready the next day.
This approach lets you both taste and understand real Italian pizza — no tricks, no rush, just craftsmanship.

Learn the Art of Fresh Pasta
In our shared classes, you’ll also learn the foundations of fresh Italian pasta.
Starting from scratch with just flour, water, and eggs, you’ll knead and shape two classic pasta formats, cooked and served during your meal.

Timing and Experience
Each class lasts around 2.5–3 hours, depending on group size — never less.
Classes are small (usually 8–12 guests) for maximum interaction with the chef.
